We offer free standard shipping on Bambach Saddle Seats within the contiguous United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is completed.

Order cutoff time is Mon-Fri 1:00 PM ET. 

Processing times may be longer for large orders, special configurations, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand.

Delivery

After your order ships, delivery typically takes approximately 1–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Large and Bulk Orders

Orders containing multiple chairs may require additional processing or special shipping arrangements. If additional time is required, we will communicate the expected timeline with you.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery.

If the shipment appears visibly damaged, refuse the delivery whenever possible and contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the damage. If damage is discovered after delivery, or if any items are missing, contact us promptly so we can help coordinate the appropriate resolution.
